It was clearly stated that children are subjects of rights instead of objects to be protected. In this study, through creating a literature review matrix up to 2017, the present-day issues were delineated.\nAs a result, it became clear that the trend of research using “children’s rights” as a keyword is characterized by the following issues: (1) means and methods to understand children’s rights themselves, (2) actual conditions and propositions for children’s rights as objects to be protected, and (3) challenges in training to foster a conception of children.\nIn addition, there have been few case studies that have examined children’s rights from the\nperspective of children’s specific lives and human resource development, including the childcare philosophy of caregivers and nursery centers.
